Backbone Creative Studio designs for Bzzz Premium Honey.
From November 8th’s New York Times article, “Designing a New Role.”
“When chatting to one of my tutors, I discovered that she and some friends, whilst at the pub had invented a game they liked to call Celebrity Matches. As an excuse to play around with print techniques and packaging, I decided to make it a reality.
“Set up your own mini confectionary shop at home with a box of eatable paints that let you spray in four different colours. Tart up all your treats with food colouring using the perforated stencil on the back – in gold, silver, blue or red.
The Deli Garage is a food label that sells hand-made delicatessen foods in lovingly designed packaging.”

Very good advertisement for STA Travel Australia.
fieldstudy asked: Those Honey bottles were designed and photographed by Collin, who happens to be my brother, and a crazy talented designer. I love those things!
That’s amazing! They are really beautiful. Thanks so much for letting me know!

Package redesign for Savannah Bee Company. Not sure if Collin Cummings was just the one to photograph the packaging, or if he actually did the redesign as well. If anyone knows, I would love to hear from you!
I love how you can’t see the hidden patterns on the container till you use the honey. There is something intriguing about discovering a hidden element. It keeps people coming back for more.
*UPDATE* Yes, Collin Cummings did in fact design these!
